(1) A person is presumed to knowingly possess a vehicle or vehicle part in violation of subdivision two of section 170.70five , when he possesses any combination of such whole vehicles or individual vehicle parts, none of which are attached to or contained in the same vehicle.

(2) A person is presumed to knowingly possess a vehicle or vehicle part in violation of subdivision three of section 170.70five , when he possesses any combination of such whole vehicles or individual vehicle parts, none of which are attached to or contained in the same vehicle.
